AML Staff Profile

AML currently employs eight individuals. Molly Lopez, CAE, is the president and owner. Linda Odson is the Chief Financial Officer and the clients' Financial Manager. Darcy Watson serves as Communications/Technology Director. Heather Tamminga serves as Marketing Director, there are two account executives who also are assigned in a management role with clients. There are two administrative assistants who serve in a support role. We take a modified departmentalized, team approach. Cross-training is critical to our successful staffing structure. Additional staff may be introduced to clients throughout the year.
